盒马鲜生的网点布局研究

摘要：随着电子商务的快速发展，主要的B2C电子商务企业展开了激烈的竞争，主要表现在页面展示、价格战、物流配送等方面，特别是分销竞争更加激烈。为了在页面上推广到极限，到最低的价格，以及缺乏资金自建的电子商务公司物流系统，便捷高效的物流配送成为了吸引客户，维护客户满意度的重要芯片。盒马鲜生是一个综合性的电子商务企业，随着订单数量的增加也出现了上述问题。本文提出了盒马鲜生问题的解决方案，其主要思想是调整分支机构的建立。该方法对提高盒马鲜生的回收率和置换过程，提高客户满意度，提高盒马鲜生综合实力具有十分重要的作用。本文首先介绍了盒马鲜生的基本情况，从自身和行业的角度出发，发现盒马鲜生存在的问题，并提出建立网络的想法，并分析盒马鲜生的可行性。其次，在对自述点布局的原则、目标、影响因素和客户需求进行详细分析的基础上，从现有的社会资源中选取合适的候选点。在此基础上，建立点数目最小为目标函数，服务能力和服务半径，封面模特的合作成本作为约束条件，通过模型的启发式算法，分销网络计划，最后给出建议合作盒马鲜生认为，用于参考相关企业设置点。
